1-800-404-8064 or 856-608-1350.
Effective 8/1/04, for all CIGNA claims, please contact the Health Plan directly.

When does a patient have to be pre-certified?
|
|
AmeriHealth requires authorizations be obtained from American Imaging Management (800-859-5288)for CT, MRI, MRA, Cardiac Nuclear Medicine and PET Scans.
Out-of-Network authorizations should be obtained directly from AmeriHealth (800-227-3119).
